Lifetouch and Shutterfly- two leading companies that share a common purpose of sharing life’s special moments, came together last year. As the lead designer for the integration, I am responsible for all marketing materials to the Lifetouch audience across email, direct mail, site, app and social. I develop strategic concepts and cross-channel campaigns to educate and inspire the customer on all the benefits brought them.
Summer is about reconnecting. Summer is about the people we love and the experiences we have together. Worked with the team to developed the Summer campaign (Never Let Go) and leveraged it across multiple channels- print, site, CRM, app and social to inspire customers through story telling, photography and product to want to make the perfect Summer with Shutterfly.
Worked closely with the art director and web dev team to create and refine the CRM templates to streamline the process and increase efficiency. Developed creative and thoughtful designs within the templates to engage and inspire the customer and tell a visual story.
The holiday season is the largest revenue time of the year for Shutterfly. They are the category leader in photo-to-product creation. They enable customers to bring their photos and memories to life with cards, home decor, and other photo gifts. I worked on developing the holiday campaign which ran across all channels-CRM, print, social, app and site. I concepted and designed the Gift Guide with a circulation of 18mm household.
Drive awareness and engage the customer via quarterly campaigns that run across digital channels (CRM, app, site). Create a place for inspiration and a new way to engage the audience.
