Lifetouch and Shutterfly- two leading companies that share a common purpose of sharing life’s special moments, came together last year. As the lead designer for the integration, I am responsible for all marketing materials to the Lifetouch audience across email, direct mail, site, app and social. I develop strategic concepts and cross-channel campaigns to educate and inspire the customer on all the benefits brought them.
Worked closely with the art director and web dev team to create and refine the CRM templates to streamline the process and increase efficiency. Developed creative and thoughtful designs within the templates to engage and inspire the customer and tell a visual story.
Summer is about the people we love and the experiences we have together. It’s family reunions and stay-cations, road trips and epic vacations. It’s reconnecting with the season itself—the chance to dine outside under the lingering sunlight, the hum of a local farmers market or the smoky crackle of a campfire. I worked with the team to develop a marketing campaign guidance to be utilized cross-channel direct mail, site, email and social to drive 120M in revenue.
The holiday season is the largest revenue-driving time of the year for Shutterfly. Being the primary destination for cards&stationery, photo gifts and photo books, the holiday campaign was meant to continue to drive brand relevance while driving new customers. I worked with the Art director to concept and execute the holiday campaign and cross-channel design work for the 2016 Q4 holiday season. The campaign was then applied to the 2016 holiday gift guide, homepages, CRM, and social outlets.
Created innovative and engaging campaigns that ran across various digital channels (site, social, app and CRM).
The objective was to drive incremental sales and motivate customers to decorate with Shutterfly Home Décor products. Worked closely with the merchandising team to curate a versatile collection of on-trend styles to suit every personality and space whether it be modern, traditional, rustic or global.
